Yes, we are in city limits. Our ordinances state as long as it is moveable and not a permanent structure and under $2000 total cost including $60/ hour labor if built then its ok. Also must be 2' from neighboring property line.

How bizarre, they limit the price it cost to build but not the size?

They are classified in with garden sheds, I double checked and its 200 sqaure feet max

Ah, so there is a square footage limit...odd the that they also limit to cost of building....weird.
