I bought a 3 gallon bucket of Rustoleum Restore 10x.
Its VERY thick and has a cement compound in it. Its meant for driveways, decks and poolsides.

Tractor Supply sells a paint called Barn Coat. Comes in red and white. It is much cheaper than regular paint, and is part stain and part paint. Really goes on well with a roller. It come in 1 gallon and 5 gallon buckets and is the best deal for the money.

I went with high-gloss latex paint for the interior (plain white). I love it because it's so easy to clean. Minimal scrubbing and most poo comes right off with a jet blast from the hose.
