Very nice coop!! Be brave about painting it fun colors!
Another thought- a little extra bedding in the nesting boxes will keep eggs from breaking, and reduce the likelihood of your birds learning that their own eggs are a delicious treat!

I bought a very nice, deep pink for the coop part. I wanted it to kind of look like one of those old Victorian houses.
I have straw in their nesting boxes now. I used the shavings as a temporary solution until I made it to the store.

I painted the run area before the harware cloth went up. I only need to paint the actual coop area, the hardest part of which will be the side with the chickens in it. They're curious little buggers and I know they're going to be all up in my way lol
