Coop plans approved!

The proximity of the garden, the compost and the coop is awesome

I am also going to incorprate my dog pen at the storage end of my coop for breeding. the whole garden/compost/coop will be enclosed be a couple acre dog run.......no unwanted preditors in my coop....electric fence around the bottom of the chickenrun and garden, along with buried fencing should keep all aussies out of the flock, and the dogs in turn should keep all other preditor away.
All this, and my husbands help and blessing, who could ask for more!!

Hi Frozen Wastelands Idaho!

I plan on starting the project as soon as the ground thaws, we have had snow on the ground since Dec 08 and everything is still very frozen. They still have fishing shacks on the Yellowstone river up here

I hate the waiting

specially now that I have plans and the go ahead

I forgot to mention our heatwave .... today it is 14F
