Hi from Ga. Chickens are great animals give them plenty of room and security from the weather and predators and they will adapt to whatever you you imagination desires. They will be happy in whatever you build them. Check the different designs on here to give you ideas. Good Luck and have fun.

So, yes, it is not abnormal to get excited about this stuff. Ooooh, baby chicks! Oohhh, look at all the breeds of chickens! Oooooh, what a nice coop - I want one like that! Ooooh, my broody hen just hatched chicks! Oooooh, I just hatched chicks in my own incubator!
