by that I mean little things you have in your coop that makes your life so much easier.

Walk-in height with winter ventilation well above the roosts make life so much easier. Also cat litter pans or something similar to catch "spills," i.e. broken eggs and poop, inside the nesting boxes.

How many chickens do you have?

Only 9 at the moment but plan on more. If we can buy a few acres I was planning on 3 breeding pens of 5 hens and a rooster and then a growing out pen which could be a chicken tractor though.

One thing I would have liked is a pipe for water from the house to the coop. It depends on how many chickens and turkeys you have and how difficult it is to carry the water.

Depending on how far from the house the coop will be, an electrical extension (wire buried underground in a conduit pipe) for the electric fence.
