coop Sold out :)

they are here!

I am sorry but I have been so busy today I have not had time to go to ups yet. they are huge and heavy no wonder it is going to be costly to ship.

as you can see some of the boxes are damaged, I will be keeping those for myself. The others I will be re-taping to strengthen them for their next journey. The first one I opened had a small piece of the ramp/ladder broken but nothing a little wood glue wont fix. I will do my best to select the ones in the best condition to send out but if anyone wants additional insurance from UPS please let me know.

I have started to assemble one and will take a pic. there are no directions or any paper work in the box so i am piecing it together and it will probably take me an hour or so to complete with my ds helping and all that.

I will post once done.

I have to say they are pretty cool and smell good also

Great to hear they made it. Can you measure the LXW of the boxes so I can make sure it's going to fit in the back of the truck. It's a flat lidded pickup so it'll have to fit in far enough to get the lid secured.

THanks..

What Trixie said. L x W x H please. They look bigger than I thought. I really wanted to fit it in the car.

ETA: How heavy do you think a box is? If you find out, please let me know that too. I don't want to overload the car weight wise.

Hi, I live near central ohio, your really close and would love to see a picture, but if there is an extra I have some banty chicks that would love a real coop!!! (My hubby tried....)

I cant find my tape measure but will give exact measurements and weights tomorrow after my 1 st ups trip.

Here is one set up. a few notes:

There is no harware cloth or plexi glass for little window
it will need an apron to prevent digging and psooibly some streghthening so that an animal can not rip harware cloth off. The nest box roof/lid needs a hinge
all openings need secure locks
Its pretty easy to put together though, and will be easy to impove upon.

The roof is not on as I need 2 people to lift it easily to put on, but you get the basic idea its the green thing leaning off to the left of pic. and yes it does have roofing material on the top which is cool.
