I agree with HorseJody...don't call attention to it...if you didn't get a building permit, they don't know it's there...so wait until the assessor makes the rounds & updates what is on your property. You will be taxed if it is a 'building' as opposed to a structure similar to a 'hutch'. The amount of tax will be determined by size & materials/appearance. Welcome to the club
