Dose any one know how to make a heating and cooling thermostat for a chicken coop. I'm looking to turn on a heat light at about 35 deg and turn on a fan at 85 deg

These are not adjustable, but they're what I use in summer and winter...I use the "On at 78" for my coop fan. There are three different ranges for winter...
