Exhaust fan for coop

Here's the one we put in several years ago. We bought it to fit one of the windows. We also bought a vent for the human door that goes between the coop and the garden shed.

This is our only ventilation. Between the DIY nipple waterer and horse bedding pellets, plus this, there are no issues.
That's a really nice one, but I'm looking for something solar powered w a battery backup.

This gave me a different idea though window fans. https://a.co/d/0rKh5Ks. I have some "power stations" I use when I bring my chicks outside and still need a brooder plate. https://a.co/d/0oDUhYC https://a.co/d/1ueEARh Do either of these have the power requirements needed to run either an exhaust fan or window fan? I know nothing about volts/amp/watts/ AC/DC (except those word, lol) so I won't fell insulted if you explain it to me like I'm in third grade, lol.

I actually have that fan (not in a coop), and it moves a good amount of air, but it isn't that quiet.
And, it looks like the first power station you mentioned would only run that particular fan for about 3 hours. The second power station, less than 2 hours maybe.

You can figure this out by looking at how much power (watts) the fan draws (45w), then checking the Watt-Hour (Wh) rating for the power supply. So the first power supply is 150Wh divided by a draw of 45 watts = 3.33 hours.
