Coop Tractor. 10sqft coop and 40sqft run..5 chickens?

I built a coop tractor w/ 10sq ft coop w/ 3 nesting boxes and 40 sq of run. We will be moving this around a lot. we have a lot of land. The wife wants to add another chick. we are going to go 2 RIR, 2 BO and one EE. Do i have enough room for these breeds in this amount of space?

Your coop & run size should work well for 3-4 chickens, but is a bit small for 5 standard size hens. Typically, the minimum square footage suggested for happy chickens that don't peck at each other is:
coop -- 4 sf per standard size chicken
run -- is 10 sf per standard chicken

Banties only need 1/2 that space
