coop/tractor question

I am going to start buiding my coop and tractor next week. I was thinking of making the floor of the coop out of the really tough welders mesh. My idea is that the coop and tractor will just be moved every few days so I won't have a large build- up of poop.

My main questions is will the chickens injur their feet walking on mesh all the time.?

Also will having a mesh floor make the coop to cold or moist? I plan on the mesh being flush with the 2x4 which will make the frame of the coop so there should be no gaps between the coop and the ground. Any thoughts?

I have two tractors and neither one has a wire floor. The chickens really love to "scratch" and then look for anything their scratching has revealed. I don't know if they would injure themselves, but I think they would be a lot happier on plane ground with no wire.

Mesh floor is bad for chickens. It causes sores and crooked toes. I would leave the floor bare.
