Using windows for light only or ventilation? You should have additional ventilation up higher than roosts, so that there aren’t drafts on the birds.
we don’t know your climate either -where are you located, in general? any weather or temp extremes?
if your windows are your only source of ventilation, then you need to position them so the roost area is not drafty. Or have enough that in extreme or stormy weather you can close some to minimize drafts On the birds.
we gave lots of upper ventilation. We have one window that stays open nearly year round. That window faces a different direction away from the roosts, so it’s good. If we are getting very stormy or extreme cold weather, then we close The window.
