coop & yard size

we will be getting 30 chickens next week an i was wondering what would be a good size coop an chicken yard for them?

The typical rule of thumb is 4 square feet per bird in the coop and 10 square feet per bird in the run. So for 30 birds, that's a 120 SF coop and 300 SF yard.
