The most cost efficient way is to make them IDENTICAL, so as to be able to set up cutting jigs and cut many parts at one time rather than cutting each part as needed.

Then instead of readjusting tools all the time, you just take precut parts off a shelf

It also would make them easier to sell because you could design them in easy to assemble sections instead of having to be able to transport fully assembled coops, which would require a truck or trailer
