I just hatched a baby Turken teusday completely healthy spite his extra toes and a crushed leg(by his mum) and he was on his heating pad just right temperature and heated lamp just right too and it’s been the same routine fore a week but this morning I woke up and he had passed away?

It's very sad your chick died. Are you asking why?

The likely cause was overheating. Chicks need to be able to move out of the heated zone to cooler space in order to shed excess heat. Your chick had a crushed leg and was unable to get up and move to a cool space to cool itself down.
