Copper Marans...Blue or black?

I have 2 cockerals that I've raised from chicks. I always assumed they were black copper marans based on their coloring as babies but as they're maturing they seem more blue to me. I have a few marans and OE pullets that are definitively black or blue but these 2 guys seem to be in the middle. Thoughts?

They look like they have varying shades of blue in them making them Blue Copper Marans.
