Copying/Pasting in BYC pages

When I try to past into the BYC pages I get this error: Copy/Cut/Paste is not available in Mozilla and Firefox.
Do you want more information about this issue?
If I click "OK" it takes me to:
http://www.mozilla.org/editor/midasdemo/securityprefs.html
I don't know how to do the stuff it specifies! And I use linux so the instructions would be different. I don't have another web browser installed.

Try ctrl c and v? Sometimes clicking copy and paste doesn't work but using the function buttons do.
