Corid instructions ?

I bought the 10oz powder package and I’m so confused on the instructions on using it as a preventative. How much do I mix into 1 Gallon of water??? I give for 21 days correct?
I’m new to peachicks and mine were wormed 2 weeks ago when I got them. I plan to go to TSC and get some Ivermectin and give it to them again in a couple weeks. Anything else I need to be doing?!
I lost one of my ~10 week old one last night. I had already put it and another out in a pen with my guinea keets and we had terrible storms and I’m guessing maybe it got too wet and cold. Not really sure what happened. It was eating fine and everything the day before.

It’s hard to tell because they are in with the guineas and the ground is wet right now because of the storms but I haven’t noticed anything odd.

Those are the only 2 older ones I have outside. One of them are the one I lost. I have 8 younger ones in the garage in a separate brooder.
