Hey, nobody is more southern than my DH! His family came to GA in the 1600's. The boy is made of biscuits and grits and lots of things fried! And no real Southerner says "polenta". That's some foreign name.
Hey, Junkman, kudzu is a weapon. Told someone the way to win a war was the Southern one, with a short term attack and a long term one. Drop hot grits on 'em (man, those things will stick to anything and sear the skin right off ya!) and invade their country with kudzu! It's the gift that keeps on giving!
To the uniniated: "Kudzu" is a vine that apparently was introduced into the South by gub-mint (during the Depression or after Civil War?) to provide feed for farm animals in POOR farm areas.
It NOW controls most ground and seems IMPOSSIBLE to eridicate!
