Corn problems

I bought my girls corn [for a change). They won’t eat it. I should have bought crushed corn. Now I’m sitting on the cement floor crushing the corn with a hammer, with the corn flying everywhere. I don’t want to waste it. HELP.

You can't have spent that much on it. Take it out and dump it in a corn field for the wild critters to eat. Your birds don't need the corn. It's not good for them.

Corn is garbage and your chickens know it. I agree, get rid of it. I wouldn't even feed it to wildlife. I don't know if any animal can digest it completely. It burns real nice!

You can also put some in a thick ziploc bag them hammer it. LOL

I guess I'd just find someone that feeds squirrels or other wild life and let them have it. Corn is pretty much empty calories for chickens, they really need their nutritionally balanced feed.
