Cornish chick cannot see

Ok so i managed to get some good photos as suggested by my fiance incase he passes away in the night.
Two photos per side one with flash and one without flash.

All the other cases I have read on here (with exact same conditions) the chicks have not lasted longer than two weeks, because they couldn't eat or drink and weren't getting any better.
Ocular Marek's the eye usually constricts and doesn't change in light. Your chicks eyes are diluted. So that could mean it's not Marek's.
If this is Marek's and If your chicks have been vaccinated then the chance of any of them getting it is up to 5%. If they are not vaccinated then its up to 100%. This doesn't mean they will all die, but they would then be carries for life.
Carriers don't spread this vertically (to the egg), but could infect any other birds that their dander comes in to contact with. Including the dander that you can transport on your clothes.

If the chick does pass, it may be a good idea to send the chick in for a necropsy to find out for sure.
