Cornish cross sick or normal

Well yesterday i had one cornish cross laying down and getting up to feed when i gave them their food back in the morning. Today he seems a bit more sluggish and now there is a second one as well that does not seem to be doing any better. I read a lot of forums on here and read a lot about marek's disease. Non e which was to helpful any one have any recommendations as to what i can do. They have runny droppings and just all around seem to be tired looking. fresh water multiple times a day food 12 to 14 hours a day depending when i get home from work. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm not very familiar with this breed, but I'll ask a few questions so that someone else may be able to help. How old are they? What kind of food are they getting? Any reason they don't have water available 24/7?

They got medicated food for three weeks non medicated one week now same brand. They do have fresh water all day and night I just meant I clean and change their water multiple times a day. They are now four weeks old yesterday.
