Hey guys I was just hoping anyone who owns a Cornish cross as a pet could tell me what they feed them and how much etc

Duluthralphie , who's no longer on byc, kept CX for breeding meat mutts (toads) and several of us have also.
Basically all they can eat in 10 to 20 minutes and free range for exercise.

I feed mine layer feed 100 grams in the morning and 70 grams in the afternoon per bird. Like Molpet said free range is very important. Not only for exercise, but also so they eat a lot of grass which should help with their chronic hunger.
