No batch is ever the same because "cornish cross" isn't a breed - it's a bunch of different commercial products. Small scale hatcheries switch back and forth between these products depending on what they can get cheapest, etc. Ross 500s are going to grow differently than Avigen Meatmakers, etc.That's the problem with this breed. No batch is ever the same.
If you want consistency, you need to talk to the hatchery you're buying from, and find out what they're actually selling you.
