Cornish / Ending game

I'm aware that there are different types of Cornish / Indian game chickens. Does anyone know if a particular color has the biggest breast of all of the Cornish? I know there is a dark, White, white laced red and that's all I know of.

I meant out of the heritage breed cornish, no hybrids. ☺

It’s a Golden Brahma.
I breed them.
