Cornish or EE bantams?

In my order from Ideal I got these two, one is fairly large almost LF size chick and the other is fairly small, about the same size as the d'uccle chicks I got. They both have pea combs and a similar chipmunk pattern. What do you all think they are? (No beards, but I have two EE's already that don't have any)

They look like Speckled Sussex.

They are suppose to be bantams. I got Ideals Bantam Special and Cornish and EE is the only chipmunk, pea comb bantams they have. How can I tell what I've gotten?
