Thank you! It's my first time showing,and from what our poultry leader said Cornish are great to show

The jumbo Cornish from Cackle are not show birds, but can be used as meat pen birds. The "jumbo's" are cross bred Cornish for eating.

I am very excited. My Dark Cornish Bantam Eggs from Bob Anderson in Oregon have arrived in great condition!

He was very generous and sent 20 for the price of 12 so I would be sure to get a good hatch. They were very professionally packed and traveled very well. Three weeks can't pass soon enough now!

I know if would have been easier to get a started trio, but just couldn't afford it right now. So, fingers crossed that enough of these hatch to get a couple good birds to work with!

Hi everyone, the other day i was looking at my cornish game hen and i looked at one of her eyes and noticed something strange. One of her eye balls were fully black, is that blindness?

Unfortunately i dont have a pic of her black eye. Sorry
