I think they are Cornish X.. The place I got them from just said they were "meat" chicks. Anyways, when I got this girl she kinda had some poo buildup from her vent down to her underside. I cleaned her up fed her well and etc. It looks like she is growing some new feathers down there too, but her butt just doesn't look right. She poos great, drinks and eats well. She's still super tiny.. Actually they are all really tiny still and they are only 3 weeks old. But I feel like something is wrong with her butt :( any ideas? Or is this normal? Maybe I'm not used to seeing what a bare chick butt looks like.

I would cull it....

Not sure what's going on but not normal, it prolly won't make it finishing age anyway. We cull any that are noticeably smaller then the rest at 3 weeks, it's just not worth keeping the runts they eat a ton but don't grow.

You said they are 3 weeks old? Are they all that small or just that one?

They (all five) are super tiny. They definitely like to eat but are just able to fit into the palm of my hand still!

This bird is 3 weeks and 2 days old...

They most likely aren't meat birds, or maybe they are a heritage breed of some sort.

What are you feeding them, my birds get 22% grower feed, they should weigh close to 2lbs at this age

My chicks don't look anywhere near that.... They are going to be four weeks old this next Tuesday I am feeding them regular 18%. They have access to food as well as foraging for a few hours a day. What other breed could they possibly be? The store I got them from was very adimit about them being meat chicks and ready in a few weeks.
