I'll second that! I've never been scared of little fuzzy butts before, but this breed is the Cujo of Chickens!!

I just my 25 Cornish rocks this morning and they are little chow hounds!! They are laying down and eating at the same time, crops bulging out.

I was Shocked to not find any dead in the shipping box this morning but they only took one day to get here so maybe that's why. They are all very lively and eating/drinking well.
I ordered from Ideal.

Here's hoping mine stay this way

Sounds good, at least they were only in the mail one day. I wish it would have been that quick with mine. I'm still at 19 so I'm pretty sure the worst is over. They are like little cows with wings lol. Everyday I feed them the feeder goes empty even faster. I have never seen anything besides my dog eat that fast.

Okay,, I still have 19 chicks. But one of my chicks is only half the size of all the others. And it also seems that it has a problem seeing. I put my fingers in front of it and waved them all around and it didn't even flinch. Any ideas?

Not only do I have a really small one but four of my biggest ones are getting bald spots on their tummys. Is there something that I can do for this?

Thats what I thought but I wanted to be sure. Any suggstions what to do woth the runt? I can't get it to eat or drink. It just sits there or cuddles with another chick. I am wondering if it has sight problems because when I waved my hand in front of it it didn't even flinch.
