Cornish X with green legs?

The TSC manager called my husband last week and offered us a deal on some cornish rock chicks, of course he said yes and we became the proud owners of 15 chicks.It wasnt until we were unpacking them that we noticed the 1 with green legs, she is much smaller than the rest and is feathering out quicker. So my question is....is it possible to have a meat bird with green legs that grows slower? Or do I have another breed?
