Correct Humidity for Incubating Eggs

Can anyone tell me what the correct humidity is for incubating eggs? I am placing some eggs in the incubator tomorrow & want to make sure I have it set for the right amount.

I keep my humidity around 50% for the first 18 days on chicken eggs and increase to 65% at hatch for the last 3 days.
