Correct humidity level for Emu hatching eggs

I have 2 Emu eggs due to hatch next week. What should the humidity level be for Emu eggs close to hatching? I'm using a Sportsman 1502 incubator. Also, what is the best type of feed to use?

During the final stages of the hatching process and after external pipping, a relative humidity of 30 to 40 percent is recommended.
