Corrugated plastic sheets to provide a windbreak inside the coop?

I'd go with a board-and-batten wall and just nail some battens over the cracks between the boards. It will be a permanent fix and it always looks really nice. Looks like a vacation cabin and the birds can't eat it.

I used the corrugated plastic lawn signs (political) inside my coop ceiling, floors and walls. Easy to keep clean and the girls leave it alone. Also the double layer provides good insulation. Pictures are on my BYC page.

I'm guessing you didn't like that particular candidate that your hens are *ahem* redecorating?

My husband worked for several candidates over the years and half of our barn is lined with a variety of lawn signs. Several years ago my husband ran for office as well. Fate had a different plan...he has ALS and is on life support here at home. Needless to say, our chickies seem to be my stress reliever....does that make sense?

Yes, it makes perfect sense. ALS is horrible (for the life of me, I can't think of a better description of it). Chickens are marvelous stress release, too.

I completely lined the inside of my coop with coorugated plastic sheets. Also took up the roof and put it there and then reapplied the roofing. I also lined all the nest boxes with it. It is so nice to clean. I had considered linoleum, but we have an 8x14 coop that moves. We needed something light.

I love the stuff. I use it for everything. I guess I dont have any pictures just this one.

You can barely see the nest box here is lined on the bottom and the sides.
