Cortunix Quail help,,,thanks all!

I just ordered 75 plus Cortunix Quail eggs off EBay. I have a little giant incubator, its still air, what should I set the temp and humidity at? Do I leave the plugs in the top or take them out only at a certain point of the hatch. What do I feed the baby quail when they hatch. Anyone good at hatching these please help out a newbee
