Coryza Help

I am new to backyard chickens and I too have two chickens that I have isolated as I believe they have coryza. I have been giving them all erythromycin in their water for 8 days and the two sick ones are doing great and the others are showing no signs of sickness. The two that were ill had runny eyes and then the eyes closed and the smell was terrible. They stopped eating and drinking and we had to force feed them the treated water. I just have six hens and have had four, that are not sick, for a year and a half. Do they not get better and do I really have to destroy them? I am really new to having chickens and I too would appreciate any help you all might have for me as well.

What i dont understand is that mine never got the yucky eyes like ive heard they will get. Im noticing all but one or two is getting better. They have slightly runny noses and still have a slight smell. Should i cull them
