Coryza? Please help

Thiamine (B1) is the b vitamin that is important in wry neck treatment, and most vitamin supplements have some. Is there a bad odor from the face? The right eye looks milky like it might be blinded and the left looks gray with an inflamed rim. Does she see okay? Does she have eye bubbles, drainage or discharge from the eye? Is she sneezing or gasping, or shaking her head? Have you added any new birds to your flock recently or had any visitors with chickens who might have brought in coryza?
And I checked my selenium paste and it doesn’t have vit b complex in it…….so should I order this and give this to her with the selenium?

has severe wry neck
treated with goat paste selenium and vitamin E, and in her water there’s vetryx for the respiratory infection, probiotics/electrolytes & apple cider vinegar. Her feed is the dumor layer, with oyster shells and rooster booster vitamin feed for toppings.
No bad Oder,
Before yes she had bubbly eyes and her eyes stuck closed and I kept opening them with warm water

And I checked my selenium paste and it doesn’t have vit b complex in it…….so should I order this and give this to her with the selenium?
I would go to Walmart, CVS, etc. and buy a bottle of Vitamin E and B-Complex.
Give her one, 400IU Vitamin E gel cap daily along with 1/4tablet B-Complex. Also give her a small amount of egg daily for the uptake of E.

Ditch the Goat Paste, not enough Vitamin E and too much Selenium. You can read my Post about using that in the link below.

She has some type of pus or material hanging out of her eye. Can you tell us more about that?

Flush eyes with saline a couple of times a day, then put a dot of Terramycin eye ointment or Original Neosporin in the eyes. If that material you are seeing is pus, then start working on trying to remove it.

Any mites or lice on her?

Her beak if overgrown, is she able to eat enough to sustain her? I'd make sure she's eating well.

Infectious Coryza reportedly has a very bad odor, so if she had bubbles initially, I agree with previous posts, that you may be dealing with MG, hard to know.
Tylosin would be a good choice of medication to give. Follow the Link that @Eggcessive provided for you to find the Correct Medication.

Yes she had mites on her before when she was outside, but I sprayed her down with PSP and the mites are gone next day, she is getting stronger each day and is eating and drinking on her own when I offer her food and water kuz her wry neck won’t let her get it on her own just yet…..and the bubbles and pus on the eyes yes I did see those before and I just thought it was a respiratory infection due to the cold weather, and until I started seeing her eyes fogging up and that’s what got me worried…..some people said she had mareks which is impossible because she can still see especially when I offer her food and water and she preens herself to still, she can also still walk and mareks paralyzes chickens and Smokey has no signs of paralysis……..And with the goat paste got it……I can order that vitamin e and b complex for her too the one you showed

And with the Tylosin I ordered that too and it’s on its way

I'm sorry, nothing is impossible. There are several forms of Marek's and of course symptoms can be all over the board. Not all symptomatic birds have paralysis, nor do they go blind, etc. Even vaccinated birds can become sick.

I'd make sure she's getting enough to eat, if necessary, Torpedo Feed or Tube Feed her.

I'd still continue to work on the eyes seeing if there's pus that needs to be removed and also getting the vitamins into her. Re-check for mites too.

Hopefully you'll see improvement soon.

She’s eating on her own when I hold the bowl infront of her and she’s getting a lot in and a lot of water

And yes I’m aware even vaccinated birds can get mareks, but she had this going on for a while now and she would probs be dead if it was mareks, i definitely know she has some wry neck going on

And I wish I can send videos here
