Coryza????? Please help

Me being the sucker I am adopted some chickens that were not being well taken care of. We got them home and they STINK!!!! We kept them in a seperate yard from my other chickens, but they can still be close through fencing. We thought they smelled from the conditions they were in, but after I thought about it, it's more of a sick smell. Sooooo strong!!! Is this in fact what it is. Not all of the chickens smell that badly. We are going in the morning to get meds. Do I need to treat my previous chickens since they were around the others through fencing. It was only a couple of hours but enough i'm sure. We didn't notice any kind of nasal discharge or anything just this horrible smell. Any info given would be greatly appreciated before i have this huge unmanigeable problem.
