We are all so used to modern times. Running water, electricity, central heating! Things we should have all the time.

It's funny because when there is a power outage, I still walk into a room and flip the light switch on automatically even though I know there is no power. Modern amenities have definitely become part of our lives.

Now though I have a genny so my power come up after about 90 seconds

We have a generator too but it's the kind with a rip cord, so you pull and you pull until your arm falls off, or it starts.

I know that kind also it had an electric start but something happened to it. So pulling to start was the only way.
