Coryza? What Am I In For? 1st Illness Ever In My Chickens

So i have a chicken i got from an acction last summer and she had coryza. When she got over it i put her in the pen with my big hens. Now a summa letter 3 of my hens get it!!! R they going to get better or will they die?? ( and sence she had it (im hatching out her eggs) will they be carriers too?
