ive been dealing with a flock infestation of corzya, I will be taking the necessary steps of culling and cleaning. Because I got LOTS of things to clean and disinfect.
Here is a link the the other thread of the beginning issue and it has the comments of what I will be doing detailed there;

However, I'm making this thread because I've heard about the corzya vaccine, and also read that it may/may not work. Doesn't cure nor fully prevent corzya.. My main concern is, isn't a vaccine a medicine with a little bit of the disease/virus whichever in it? That's how vaccines work via human so I'm assuming the same for livestock, and wouldn't be giving this vaccine actually make the birds carriers of corzya then? And when a day of stress may occur the disease may outbreak again!? So would it best to just not buy and use the vaccine? I also read that it couldn't be used twice, it'd have to be reconditioned for use or buy a new bottle, and I won't be dosing 1000 birds, it'd be like 3-4. The cost doesn't phase me as I'd spend all my money on my chickens. Or would it best be safe to use the vaccine ?

P.s. The new fowl will be of game breed (Warhorse specifically, yes the real blood)

I wouldnt even bother as if it mg it won't help at all id cull and stop buying adult birds from people
