Costume party

So next week I am going to a costume party. I need a floor length white chiffon dress that's not revealing. I am in a petite size. Anybody know where I can get one? Online or in store. I would rather it be very cheap since it's only a costume. Thx in advance!

What is your dress size?
Certain sizes are easier to find than others when it comes to petite sizing.
