Well they need 26%-30% protein in their feed. You need to buy an unmedicated game bird starter. Manna Pro is a good brand and I noticed that you have that available. I use Purina Startena right now. They have a whole line of game bird feed, but I just buy the starter for all of my birds. You can also use southern states. These are two of the best brands. Manna Pro is great, but expensive.

Well I'll give you a general idea about them. Okay here it goes, They take 18 days to hatch, need 26% protein or more for optimal performance. They mature at 6-8 weeks and can be processed at 10 weeks. They need 14 hours of light per day to lay well. They molt every few months, and they can get up to a pound in weight. You can sex them at six weeks of age. They will lay best in their first year, and after that fertility drops as well as egg production. They have a lifespan of 2-3 years. They will lay in the winter if you provide them with 14 hours of light. The cheapest way to do this is Christmas lights. They are sort of cold hardy, and they DO NOT like any changes in their feed surroundings and lighting. That is all I can think of right now.
