Some of us who keep birds for fun, not meat, and for eggs might be at least mildly entertained by having eggs in different colors, much like people who have chickens because they lay blue and/or greenish tinted eggs.

An egg is an egg, but it's cool to find out why it is the color it is. Some people do tend to spend a lot of time on their birds though.

I GUESS I AM JUST A SIMPLE MAN... SO LONG AS THERE'S EGGS IN THE PENS, AND THEY ARE FERTILE THATS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME.
