Hi , I am new to quail and have 4 approximately 12 week old female coturnix, and just introduced 2 7 week old, a male and female. 5:1
I saw some concerning poop today cleaning their pan.

We introduced them together 3 days ago on Thursday, and the boy is really trying to be a grown up now. ;)
Everyone is eating well, acting normal, drinking, sand bathing and singing. Clear eyes and nose and vents. No diahhrea or fluffing up in a huddle alone either.
I feed them Kruse's Perfection Game bird 24% protein, occasional organic scratch or dried black soldeir fly. They had soldier fly the last couple of days, the only thing relatively new in the last week and not much.

I found this red poop in the litter tray as I was cleaning and want to see what others think on this. Just 2 pieces that are a weird red. Not runny.
Oh, I also hatched some chicks 1 week ago. They all are lively and hungry and funny, I don't see any issues with them.

If it's coccidiosis I am thinking to treat all of them but not sure the dosing, especially bigger vs the chicks.
Any advice?

That looks like cecal poop. Every now and then one will contain lining shed from their intestines. This is normal. You only need to worry if you're seeing a lot like that.
ok thank you, that takes my worry down a lot. I will keep an eye on things as far as the amount of it but they do all seem to be really good.

That is some shed intestinal lining/tissue. It is not coccidosis!
