I am new to quail and i just hatched an assortment of coturnix quail. I understand the basic colors but i hatched out 2 that i just can't figure out, does anyone have an idea on what these 2 may be? I am guessing the brown one is a pastel/tibetan/tux or a roux gene but it looks a bit like an oz dilute, it has pure soft brown wings with a faded tibetan design on its back, chest and head with a bit of white on the chest aswell and pink/spotted brown feet. The other looks like a grau fee tuxedo or pied grau fee, pure white exept on the back and head with pink feet, super grey feathers that have a bit of brownish white on the tips.
They came from an assortment of pharo, pansy, pastel, golden fawn, recessive white, grau and falb fee, snowy, pearl, tibetan, silver, tuxedo, and italian. Any guesses?
