Color ID (& sex if possible) Coturnix

The first bird is eb/white for sure, I’d say also roux with that reddish tinge in the pictures and you mention gray so maybe something like Andalusian which is silver/gray but allows the base color to show through, so a scarlet (eb/rough) Andalusian tuxedo? Gray color could also be silver or Blau.

The second is an Egyptian male (pharaoh roux), all his daughters will be roux if bred to non roux carrier hens, sex linked recessive!

The third is a pearl (Italian fee) probably a hen if those chest spots are still there, a little tan/cream/beige can bleed through the fee, especially if heterozygous. Mask color isn’t reliable in sexing Italians with fee as it can make the males rusty mask black, pretty birds!
Thank you so much!! This week the pearl has been getting a darker head, (sorry about the red light) is it looking more male? Or wait until egg/crow? I swear I have quail experience, just only with pharaoh's and tux/tibetans 😅

The grey/Andalusian is looking more reddish this week but I wasn't able to snap a good photo, I can get some tonight if that would help better identify color!

Still a little bummed that the roux boy (bottom) is a boy, he is a very pretty shade of reddish. I had only really kept pharaoh and a few tibetans before so all of these new colors are incredibly exciting to me, I can imagine the red spots on his chest of he was a girl. He's got the silliest personality, I hope to get him some girlfriends for some sex linked babies ❤️

+ Another angle of the "grey" who I swear is looking redder every day. Wild that he (I think boy per behavior) started out SO grey in color. I think regardless if hen or cock I will have to keep him because I want to see what he'd produce with some pharaoh's once there's some available nearby. He's a very handsome mystery (but I'm also a huge sucker for tuxedos)

Unfortunately, hands got thrown today. I went out to check for eggs and saw my grey tux mount a hen, saw him foam, and then I saw my little red Roux who has been chill up until just today, just try and smear him. Poor little grey bonked his head, he's hanging out with the ladies right now since the Roux was getting a bit over-amped. I'm gonna figure something out tomorrow... Dang, I really thought I'd be lucky!

The fee hen has been laying the slightly dusty looking huge heavily spotted eggs, and maybe once a week I'm getting an egg from my old hen :( The first batch of eggs I ran through the incubator were no bueno, I had a bad thermometer in there so now that I got it all fixed and new thermometer, I set 15 eggs.

There is 4 that are from my old hen, and one from Feeobe which is kind of small so probably nothing, but we'll see! And then 10 large, normal looking eggs from Feeobe. Hoping for at LEAST 4-5 babies, which I know is optimistic but fingers crossed!

I find it difficult to candle coturnix eggs. If they're not stinking yet, I'd let them ride through lock down.

Good luck!
It is trickier than with chicken eggs, but they looked just like a normal, unincubated egg, straight clear through:( hopefully there's something in the rest of the eggs. I honestly am feeling a bit bummer about my quail, I'm dying for some babies to help make this quail thing easier (having two separate, solo boys plus my two girls is NOT the ideal set up😭🤣) ideally I'd have two enclosures with coveys not three with nearly one bird each lol
