Glad to meet you. I also have coturnix quail, but have never experienced the issue you mention. We do have some very experienced and generous coturnix raisers here, and I hope you will get some advice. You are doing all the things I could have thought of. Perhaps continuing the treatments some time will resolve things. Best wishes for you and the little shakey head fellow.
