cough/sneeze

I noticed tonight that one of my hens was coughing maybe sneezing after I cleaned out there coop. What should I do? She is acting normal except the cough/sneeze.

It's probably because you stirred up dust by cleaning the coop. If there's not any goop coming from the nostrils, they're fine.
