Could anyone please help me with possible breed/gender?

Yes, on some breeds of chickens the females can have larger combs too. But with a large comb and those rooster-only deep red markings on the wings, that one is a male. Sorry.

It always seems like the friendliest chicks turn into roosters, and usually to someone that can't have roosters. It happened to me with a "sexed female" chick, had to give him away as soon as he started crowing.

Yes females have red combs, but not that big that young. Generally they look like your other one up until they start sexually maturing at 4 months or later.

the black looks like an astralorp hen i'm not sure about the other one if ti is a roo try letting it out of the coop not in the morning i herd that that stops them from crowing

The black one is a Black Sex Link Pullet.
